Great pool cleaners are a diamond in the rough. The best ones take pride in their work, know the chemistry inside and out, and genuinely care about their clients. But there’s a limit—one person can only maintain around 75 pools before the quality starts slipping or burnout sets in. That’s the reality of the industry, and it’s why so many great independent pool techs struggle to grow without sacrificing the level of service that made them great in the first place. Braydon and Dalton both knew this challenge firsthand.

The Birth of Paradise Valley Pool Care
Braydon learned the trade under his grandfather, spending years mastering pool maintenance, chemical balancing, and equipment repairs. When he took over his grandfather’s route and built on that legacy, he quickly earned a reputation as a perfectionist with pools—someone who treated every backyard as if it were his own.

Dalton, coming from a business development background, launched his own pool service with a different approach: focusing on people first, building trust, and ensuring a company stays in business for the right reasons.

They both had the same problem: their dedication to quality meant their businesses could only grow so much before hitting a ceiling. Instead of pushing past their limits and letting service suffer, they teamed up in February 2024 to build something different—a company that could grow while maintaining the same elite level of care and consistency.
